Strength Training with Strength for Life

Join Stupid Cancer and Strength for Life for a weekly 45 minute full body strength training workout. Our Certified Trainer will offer exercise options for all fitness levels! To continue reaching your personal fitness goals during and after the February Fitness Challenge, log on and get busy sweating.
Classes will take place every Tuesday @ 5:30pm EST from February 23rd to March 16th.
